The following documents, if available, are requested to retain our consulting services in
accordance with our Pricing Policy listed below. Please include a cashier's check or money order payable to "Federal Prison Consultants" for the total amount due and an original signed Release Agreement. Please click on Release Agreement . It will then be available to be printed.

Federal Prison Consultants may need to discuss the client's status with the Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) or State Department of Corrections (DOC). We may also require the BOP/DOC to provide us with any files they have, if the client is already incarcerated. Please complete a BOP/DOC General Release for this purpose. Please click on BOP/DOC General Release . It will then be available to be printed. The BOP requires an additional certification for all Federal Defendants or Inmates. That form is a BOP Certificate of Identity. Please click on BOP Certificate of Identity. It will then be available to be printed. Also, in addition, if the client is already incarcerated, we would like an Inmate Information Data Request form completed by them. This will provide us with pertinent information. Should Federal Prison Consultants need to receive case files directly from the clients past or present attorney, Federal Prison Consultants will need an Attorney Release signed by the client. Please click on Attorney Release . It will then be available to be printed.

Retainer Policy

Case fees are assessed by the Managing Director based on the individual circumstances of a potential case. No assessed fee is final until it is approved by the Managing Director. The below services are calculated on a minimum hourly rate needed to complete a case. They are assessed based on the individual circumstances of the case by way of a free assessment consultation. The fees listed below are to be used only as a guide.

Our hourly rate is based on consulting services performed in a minimum of 4 hour blocks. Once the block of time is depleted, an additional 4 hours of time will need to be charged and paid for if the case is not complete. No exceptions.

Other Federal Bureau of Prison Program Statements

These services are performed on a case by case basis. FPC will determine a flat-rate or you can be billed at our per hour rate of $400.00 per hour.

Expert Witness & Travel Day Rates

If you would like to meet the Managing Director for up to four (4) hours or have one of our Expert Witnesses available for up to four (4) hours the day of trial or to be videotaped, our day rate is $2,500.00, plus any travel related expenses for the day.
